Hey hey hey!
You’re gonna hear a lot of things in this episode (including my barking dog - Thanks, Jasper 😅), but the number one thing I want you to take away from this is self-compassion and manifestation go hand-in-hand.
It can be easy to get down on ourselves when we start experiencing negative emotions, but you are meant to be a dynamic, beautiful, wildly complex human being and you’re allowed to be all of the things.
Give yourself radical permission to be the person you want, while understanding that you are a spiritual being having a human experience (meaning it’s not always going to be rainbows and butterflies). When we practice self-compassion, we allow ourselves to tune into a higher frequency - and that’s where the magic happens.
